Traffic Offence Report received, no access road

I got pulled up by the police on Saturday afternoon for driving down a no access road, now awaiting my punishment through the post. Any idea on what I will receive and is there a course available to avoid points

corrected in December last year no entry is now s36 again

No, they have upto six months (if they decide in court) before you have to be sent anything.

got my letter from cheshire constabulary today 3 weeks after the offence and got a £50 fine no points
