I have received a ticket for parking longer than the 2 hours permitted on a private car park.

Shall I use this basic template that you get online:

I dispute your 'parking charge', as the keeper of the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractual agreement and I will be making a complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner.

There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. Since your PCN is a vague template, I require an explanation of the allegation and your evidence. You must include a close up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date as well as your images of the vehicle.

If the allegation concerns a PDT machine, the data supplied in response to this appeal must include the record of payments made - showing partial VRNs - and an explanation of the reason for the PCN, because your Notice does not explain it.

If the allegation involves an alleged overstay of minutes, your evidence must include the actual grace period agreed by the landowner.

Remove anything which identifies who the driver is as PPC will monitor this site you need to appeal and respond as the keeper. When this is complete you will be advised of next steps

They are not claiming for loss, that argument went out with Beavis. The are claiming for an amount you contracted to pay for a breach.

Where's the back of the PCN? The front is incapable of holding the keeper liable.

The keeper visited the site to check after receiving the PCN

Thank you for your help, I have edited the orignal post. Here is the back of the PCN. Am I liable as the keeper of the vehicle and do I incur in any trouble If I don't name the driver?

You really NEED to read through your original post and edit it again.

The keeper received a PPN, it is "the driver" that parked etc.
