Apologies for not adding this to previous thread but I can't seem to locate it (no posts show under username)

Received following for parking charge dated from last year.

Can anyone suggest best plan of action please?

You have over a page of Topics - though I can't find one relating to these dates.

Read what it says, it can really be summarised as 'whibble' (credit Rowan Atkinson).

Thanks for confirming, I didn't know if it gets to a certain stage (Final letter as they claim) whether a response would be needed

That looks like DRP are using SCS letterheading.

Normally, the advice is to ignore, however, I believe there may be a letter around to send to SCS that would stitch them right up.

Hopefully, others will let both of us know the wording and the best strategy for this!

How about to SCS :

Dear Sir

I have received your letter dated 4 September 2018

I refer you to the previous correspondence with your client

Yours Faithfully

See if they reply "What letter?"
