Hello,
I went through Bank junction and didn't see any restriction on a weekday. I must have missed. I research on Google map and there is a sign. Is there any grounds I can appeal this PCN?

I have attached the letters and photos: https://imgur.com/a/2N2RHsB

Also, small mistake on their part if it makes any difference, the 'Date of this notice' is showing the PCN number instead of a data! I have missed the discounted rate, so is this something I could use if you think I have no grounds for an appeal?

Thanks

What you cannot see in that photo is any restriction signs and that can form the basis of any appeal if it then went to adjudication then you could add that the sign in place ( we know what it is ) does not correspond to the cited contravention and also that sign cannot be used to enforce a TMO

Dear City of London Corporation,

I contest liability on the basis that the alleged contravention did not occur. I did not pass any diagram 619 signs on Mansion House Street, as such the alleged contravention did not occur.

Yours faithfully,

The discount doesn't expire till 27 August and we will have some relevant tribunal decisions come through before then. Keep an eye on this thread http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=135012 the decision should be out by early next week.

Ultimately if we disregard the discount you have until 3rd September to register the appeal, so there's no rush.

On the other post you asked me to keep an eye on, there’s been an update today that the appeal has been allowed http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=135012

Can you please advice me on my next move.

Thanks

Register the appeal on the tribunal portal with "full grounds to follow in due course" and nothing else, the ground to select is that the contravention did not occur. If the CoL is silly enough to contest the case, I'll adapt the appeal from that thread to match your case.

I have lodged an appeal with https://londontribunals.org.uk/

"If you do not receive confirmation within 7 days please contact us."

Based on above, I will wait 7 days and update you.

Thanks again.

Just time consuming when you look at when the ticket was first issued. However, I appreciate your help in particular, thank you. A big relief for me.
