I lurk lots, comment little, but I've noticed the Private Parking section seems to be a lot quieter these days, for obvious reasons.
Do people know what happened in the world of PPCs between March and end of May? I assume their revenue has virtually collapsed (so supplanted with CBILS claims, furlough claims, bounce back loans, business rate support grants and anything else they can get their hands on during this time)? |

Could be just the start. If Intu collapse as seems possible, then a number of large shopping malls will close, along with the car parks. Shame about all the collateral damage that will cause to the retailers and their staff, though.

I really doubt that the malls will close because of intu going into administration, they have done so because of the interest burden on their debt (accrued building the malls), so someone will buy them from the receiver (all together or broken up) at a lower debt level they can more easily afford to service. Retail will be hit hard, but this isn’t a factor.
