Hello all,
As this site is an excellent resource for the motorist fighting injustice, I was wondering if I could impinge on it to ask for guidance in claiming the cost of my tyre from the council because of a poorly maintained road. Forgive me for posting here but I can't seem to find a section to post this request for assistance. Thanks very much in advance |

I would have said to do that amount of damage to a tyre you would have known about it at the time, thereby would know exactly where it happened.

I have never had a puncture on any of my motorbikes repaired, it always gets fixed with a new one, I had a sudden rear tyre deflation at 87 mph on my 77 FS1E, scared the bejeezus out of me, what price your neck comes to mind.
