Hi all,

This forum is already proving to be a tremendous help for all those caught up in the Lewisham "trial LTN" debacle.

I am Annie.

I have received 3 PCNs for the Bus Gate on Manor Park. 2 were issued in early September (4th and 8th), before the extension of the TRO, and one on the 14th October. I genuinely wouldn't have driven through had I been aware of what was going on! It's a mess.

I have appealed the 1st with my own words (before I came across this forum) and it was rejected, so I have gone to tribunal and have a date of December 3rd for my hearing. I have not uploaded any evidence, but on the advice, here, have simply written "Full grounds to follow".

I have appealed the 2nd, with wording I put together from similar cases on here, and I have not yet heard back I suspect they are getting progressively more busy there...

The 3rd, I'm about to appeal.

I have seen the draft appeal on the thread by Cricketlady, and can use that, because the situation seems to be the same. However, could you confirm this please?

I need to produce evidence 5 days before the 3rd December hearing, but have not seen any trace of the council's evidence on the portal yet.

Should I use the appeal you put together for CricketLady, which covers the omission of postal address; then the alleged contravention occurring before September 23rd and therefore there being no Bus Gate in place at the time, and the signs, and contravention not corresponding with the original TRO?

I'm sure I've muddled the wording - which is why I won't be writing the appeal on my own!! But I know what I mean to say.

I have finished the one I was going to send. Is it worth me emailing it over?

The 3rd Dec is the date I was given for the hearing and that was an email sent to me. It says my case comes into the list for decision that date. Is that not the actual hearing date?

You must have been given a date by which to submit evidence??

The appeal I'm putting together now is for the hearing on the 3rd, and was the 1st PCN for which I received the NOR on October 26th. (ZY01828561)

Annie No No No do not start a new thread I want every thing concerning the one PCN in the one folder in one post not all over the place . I have run through that first one The case will come onto the list on the 3rd it does not mean it will be decided that day and the regulations provide that anything submitted before the day of the hearing will be
considered

I will pick this one up again tomorrow and have a draft for you to send
