Evening boys and girls - can you help?

I returned home today to find a Charge Notice for being in the bus lane in West George St, Glasgow.

It's is a well known cash cow for the city however here is my situation..

The road leading town to this stretch (from mid Blythswood Square) has a Bus Lane in the Left, this 'kinda' peeters out as you hit Wellington St.

In the next block down (after West Campbell St) there is a bus lane after the corner of Blythswood Square.
At Hope St the bus lane now appears again but on the Right - Moved from the left

to be clear I'm on West George St between Hope St and Renfield St (one block) heading down the hill.
1st Left lane - Pariking
2nd Lane - General traffic
3rd Lane - Bus Lane
4th Lane - Parking

So i'm heading down the hill at the lights at Hope St in the LHL looking to park.

There is a delivery van (illustrated in the Glasgow City Letter photo) in the way so I don't want to stop on the Criss-Cross.
The flow of traffic puts me in the bus lane.

I understand it is an offence to stop in a Bus Lane so I attempt to move left.

PS the images on their letter do not show a solid white line in fact it's almost worn through.

For that one block of traffic there is a truck (as illustrated in the City's images) mirroring me and I can not move left.

At the junction of Renfield St ( the first opportunity I have) I move to the left out of the bus lane and carry on with my day.

Am I funked? Looks to be a £30 fine if I cough up by the 24th.

HELP!!!!!!!

I've asked for this to be moved to the correct part of the forum, in the mean time please show us the PCN in full (minute name / address) and the council video.

It will get moved to the council section. If the video isn't on the council website, then email them and ask.
