Hi
I was moving out from the address so took my car inside the gate and loaded it. while coming out, gated car door wasn't working and an old lady slipped due to rain water, so I parked my car for one min on red route with car lights on to check if she is fine and close the car gate This happened on 19 Feb 2020 at 18:53 just 7 minute before the non stopped sign and address building 200 mile end road E1 4LD. sign board says No stopped Mon - Sat 7 am - 7 pm except 10 am - 4 pm loading mx 20 min disabled max 3 hours there is no mention of CCTV here on the street I have attached the link from TFL https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/driving/challenge-...IssuedPage=true please help with drafting challenge |

Post the PCN.
Put pics on https://imgbb.com or such like as space on forum is limited. You will need to ask TFL for the video - they send them on DVD. See if the pics on TFL's site are worth posting too.
