Hey guys,

Just a quick one if you don't mind. I've read most of the sticky threads on here but still thought I'd ask.

Long story short. I received a PCN from SipParking. Appealed it with them, it got rejected.

Appeal through the Independent Appeals Service - which is who they use. That got rejected as well.

So now, I have the 'final warning' letter which I shouldn't 'ignore'.

Question is, should I bother responding? Was going to write back and form to prolong the whole thing until they got fed up and dropped it.

Any advice would be appreciated smile.gif

Ignore is not good advice. You are almost guaranteed to lose withe IAS

Post up the redacted PCN. Has the identity of the driver been revealed, Yes or No.

They don’t get ‘fed up’ - they have 6 years to pursue the alleged debt and they can be litigious.

Hard to comment more without knowing what happened.

Private Parking - remember, they just want your money and will say almost anything to get it.
