Hey guys,
Just a quick one if you don't mind. I've read most of the sticky threads on here but still thought I'd ask. Long story short. I received a PCN from SipParking. Appealed it with them, it got rejected. Appeal through the Independent Appeals Service - which is who they use. That got rejected as well. So now, I have the 'final warning' letter which I shouldn't 'ignore'. Question is, should I bother responding? Was going to write back and form to prolong the whole thing until they got fed up and dropped it. Any advice would be appreciated |

Ignore is not good advice. You are almost guaranteed to lose withe IAS
Post up the redacted PCN. Has the identity of the driver been revealed, Yes or No. |

They don’t get ‘fed up’ - they have 6 years to pursue the alleged debt and they can be litigious.
