Hi,
I took my daughter to the hairdresser. I took her into the salon whilst my other daughter stayed in the car (only few seconds inside) when I came out there were 2 guys standing on the other side of the road, one had a body camera around his chest. I thought nothing of it until I received the PCN through the post. I'm fuming as I didn't see a sign but when I've gone back to check there's a sign on the other side of the rd from where I parked. Any advise much appreciated

Hi all, just received another letter from DRP. I have yet to receive a reply from the council :-( Should I just keep ignoring letters?

Have you heard anything from the council? If not, have you chased the council? If not, why not? See post #84 8th Feb.

Always ignore drp. They're powerless. We don't care about their letters.

Evening all.
I've just received a letter from Gladstones solicitors requesting payment for the PCN. Do I just ignore this too?
Thank you in advance

What is the initial digit of the letter reference number? You have probably been sent another letter from DRP but this time they used Gladstone headed paper.

Didn't you spot that this tells you to pay drp?

Guess who the letter actually came from!

Write to gladstones, enclosing a copy of this , asking them to confirm they sent it. State lack of a response will be taken as confirmation they did NOT send the letter.

Yep, it's a letter from DRP using Gladstones letter head paper. It's a frightener. Note who they are asking you to pay.

There is a GAN letter around that you send back to Gladstones asking for confirmation that the letter is from them. Just makes it awkward for them if it advances further.

First class, proof of posting. Absolutely NO OTHER method is used when posting letters.

Keepr a copy obviously so you know what you sent

If in doubt draft it here.

Hi all,
Had totally written this off but received this in the post today. Should I continue to ignore?

Hope this works as don't think it uploaded earlier!

NO! But, first EDIT the pic. It contains identifying references in at least two places that I can see.

It looks like Gladstones/CPM are resurrecting some old roboclaims at the moment. Search for some of the other threads currently under way.

Did you wrtite to them in August? If so, what?

Yes I wrote them a letter in August but I can't find it! I remember requesting if it was them sending the letter etc as per given advice on here.

Do not touch the IAS 'ADR' !

There are no next steps unless you want to try a claim as described by Lynnzer.

No point reporting this rubbish to the Police but a complaint to Trading Standards is in order for what you mentioned about the predatory tactics:

Come back if you get court papers; this is very defendable.

You need no help to ignore debt collection letters for months. Do not reply to any pm from posters with less than 1000 posts, offering to help off-forum.

Evening,
I’ve just received a letter before claim? I have requested that they send me all the documents. Anything else I need to do?
Thank you in advance
