Hi guys and gals, been a while!
Ive used a patch of redundant land local to the bank whilst ive nipped in for literally 5 mins and i have recieved this in the post following from this. Im hesistant to pay for the sake of what it is, literally an unused piece of land on a private premise. Last time i recieved a private parking charge was a while ago before court action was used but recently im not sure. Do i have any recourse for this or should i pay it and be done with? What does the sign say on the wall behind your car? Could it possibly talk about parking conditions?
Definitely don't pay it. There will be lots of ways to avoid that. You'll need to do some research, though, on this and other forums (MSE). |
