HI, hoping you can help.
I received a PCN way back in July, initially I disputed is as I have parked in the spot before and isnt on the road or pavement etc. So didn't think it valid. I lost the appeal, which I hear is common, I have got the NtO now and I am going to appeal through that, but just wanted to know what people thought, if I actually have a chance at getting it cancelled. I was parked on the path with double yellow lines on either side of the road, I was parked on the corner where they meet. The part of the path I was on, wasn't the actual path, but an extra bit of ground between, different stone, rather than tarmac. If that makes sense. Just going to figure out how to upload photos so they can explain better. Hopefully someone can provide some insight and maybe help draft an appeal letter. Thanks |

As is usual on this forum, post up all sides of PCN, your initial appeal, their rejection and the NTO.
Also post their photos and a link to GSV. You do know that DYLs cover from the middle of the road, kerbs, paths and verges out to the private property line? -------------------- |

Hopefully someone can provide some insight and maybe help draft an appeal letter. Sure, but you need to show us the council photos, the PCN (both sides), and a link to the location on Google Street View. -------------------- If you would like assistance with a penalty charge notice, please post a thread on https://www.ftla.uk/index.php
