My wife's license has expired
Insurance say's the named person must hold or has held and is not prevented from holding a licence can drive What is the legal position I thought she can drive subject to RTA 1988 s87(1)(a)(i) but am confused by s87(2)(a) -------------------- All advice is given freely.
