hi all,


i recieved a general form of judgement or order, i sent a defence off for a pcn i recieved and didnt hear nothing back,

i now have received this general form of judgement or order dated 16th may with 7 days to reply,

ANYONE HELP ME ASAP PLEASE,

WHAT do i have to do? or how do i fill the form out digitally as it will no arrive on time

A1 : Do you agree to mediation ? No
C1 : Do you agree that the Small Claims track is correct ? Yes (unless you live in Scotland)
D1 : Where should the hearing be held ? (Your local court) in accordance with the Practice Direction when the Defendant is an individual
D2 : Expert advice ? No
D3 :Number of witnesses ? Include yourself
D4 : Hearing days not available ? List them

You can't complete the form digitally

You must send copies to the Court and the Claimant
Ask the Post Office for certificates of sending

Complain to the Court if you haven't received the Claimant's copy by two days after the deadline

Send first class not second, obtain proof of posting at counter as you pay for the stamps and hand the letters over.
