A.2 they're in breach of and you have the right to use common parts under A.6. By employing a third party parasite to harass you using the common parts, they're in breach of a.2. The right they have under b.20 cannot interfere with a.2
I'd be telling the PPC to FOAD and instructing whoever hired the slimes bastards to cessse and desist as they're I breach if your TA. |

And I’m guessing PCM will reject my appeal as they Seem to always do reading some of the cases on here. Do I need to ask for a popla code after that?

Pcm won't issue a popla code even if you asked for one, because they are IPC AOS members, not BPA AOS members Of course they will reject your appeal, there is no profit in accepting your appeal |

Two lines. I have the right to use the common parts including the car park and do not need to accept any alleged contract offered by you. Cancel the charge
What's important is dealing with this properly, with whoever you signed the TA with. |

You're never ever going to appeal to the ias
I wouldn't support it. No need. They're going to reject regardless. They're not the important ones. The important ones, as I keep telling you,are whoever hired these scum. |

Definitely not You're never ever going to appeal to the ias I wouldn't support it. No need. They're going to reject regardless. They're not the important ones. You should be doing that anyway, in fact you should have done it right at the beginning of this saga |
