Hi there, new to this forum but need some advice.
The driver entered a car park in Greenwich, London @ 09:46 departing @ 10:53. The driver didn’t have enough correct change for the machine to purchase a ticket so ran into a shop within the car park to change up a note. The driver then purchased a ticket from the machine @ 09:58. The driver has since received a PCN via work email for £100 and reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days. As the drivers van is a lease van it went via the lease company and then to the drivers work before getting to the driver. Because of this The driver can not pay the reduced fee not that The driver feels He should pay at all. The driver has apealed against the PCN via the parking owners on there website as stated on the drivers PCN with proof of the drivers purchased ticket. The driver has since had a reply stating the drivers appeal is unsuccessful and that there is clear signs stating tickets have to be purchased within 10 minutes of entering there car park. The driver has no proof of this as he wasn’t even aware he got a PCN at the time as this was done by CCTV. Just need to know if there is anything The driver can do? Change your posts now so that you refer to "the driver" never give the drivers actual identity away.
You say it's a lease van? Have you had a hotice to hirer yet and the associated paperwork or is this a notice to keeper? In the appeal did you identify who was driving? This post has been edited by bearclaw: Mon, 14 Jan 2019 - 10:14 |

The original PCN notice was sent to the lease company, then forwarded to the drivers works head office and then to driver.
Driver did state he was the driver in the appeal. This post has been edited by Calvinharris2019: Mon, 14 Jan 2019 - 12:05 |

Actually forwarded or a reply made naming the next in the chain who then got the paperwork?

Not the Civil Enforcement car park at 237-259 Greenwich High Road by any chance ?
For such a small car park it used to feature in a lot of threads - the result of its abysmal signage |
