Hi Guys,
I received a PCN for parking and I had a look at the phots the Enforcement officer has put up. It seems he didn't put up a picture of Restricted Zone ends. But I took this picture and have attached it. I have attached these pictures. The officer has fined me for the contravention : 01 Parked in a restricted street during prescribed hours for parking there at 19:52 Upon looking at both pictures it seems like I should of been fined for NO waiting rather than restricted street as this to me is not a restricted street. Do I have a case? Or just pay up? Appreciate the help guys. This post has been edited by SAFEQAZ: Fri, 18 May 2018 - 11:41 |

Post the PCN and the rest of the pics and the Google Street View location. Use a site such as Imgur or Flickr for pics.
We can't work out where you were parked otherwise. The code 01 is standard wording for parking on a yellow line anywhere, not just in an unmarked zone. This post has been edited by stamfordman: Fri, 18 May 2018 - 11:48 |

Here is the picture of the street, I was parked on the single yellow in the bay.
PCN just has details of the car, location - Cleveland Park Avenue E17 and the contravention itself |

The only thing that matters is the sign bay and that puts you bang to rights at 19:52.
The PCN may have faults so you should post it as it's your only hopes it seems. |
