A PCN has been sent to my address from Premier Park

I have requested that they send me with proof of their right to invoice me and provision of a full copy of the contemporaneous, signed & dated (unredacted) contract with the landowner that authorises them to offer contracts for parking in their name.

Let's see where we go with this. They are awaiting the Protection of Freedoms Act keeper/driver deadline they have before they will deem to reply.

Complain again

You asked for a specific clause allowing them to operate. You require popla to detail that clause

POPLA will not enter into any more discussion at all. They have declared that any further advice be taken with the CAB or otherwise.
An offer to settle has been received if I wish to avoid court proceedings.

Forget the CAB, most advisers have no clue about parking cases. Premier Park rarely do court, and many people lose at POPLA, and sit tight. This is normal and guess what people used to do, before POPLA existed 6 years back? Yep, they sat tight & ignored the scam.

Search this forum or MSE parking forum for 'Premier POPLA lost' and show me anyone who was been sued?!

I have today received a notice of unpaid debt from PP Legal who claim they have been instructed to obtain payment.
The amount requested has escalated from £100 to £170.
The letter is actually dated 3 months ago, yet I have been given 14 days to pay. I think I may have missed the deadline!
I am invited to pay on Premier's website.
Their rights to pursue further have been reserved.
Their website scaremongers.

I am going to ignore it. But thought I'd put it here, as i can't find a reference in the forums to this company as a follow on from Premier Park Ltd.

PP do file some claims now, but with hopeless evidence.

On MSE parking forum, it has been reported that they registered as forum users - and that;s certainly true because they 'officially' posted as PP boasting that they now had a 'Legal Department - then contacted a poster Defendant saying they had identified him from his posts. Worse, they reportedly/allegedly told him that they had also found him on Social Media...blah blah...usual trashy intimidation that is laughable when you see it for what it is!

So, start reading PP Court claim cases to see how to defend them, and be confident that if a a claim arrives that signals that the scam will soon be over., And on here and on MSE forum, some 99% of posters report a win at a hearing. Start working out your defence by reading other similar thread, simply by browsing or searching both forums (NOT including the word 'Park' in your search!).

No paying, no panicking.
