Hi there folks!
So because of some guy in front of me who stopped for no reason if you ask me ( I know that the other guy turns right but he had no reason to stop because he had space to pass) - I got to stop for 5 seconds in a box junction. Is there any way I can appeal this? I need to do it tomorrow ASAP otherwise I will lose the 50% discounted rate. Was this due to the presence of a stationary vehicle another (whether this was within the box or not)? Yes. That's it in a nutshell according to the cited case.
