I received this pcn this morning for code 62, i have parked here numerous times and never had a ticket until today. I feel i am probably in the wrong but any help is much appreciated.

The reason why I'm really surprised is because, then I looked at the location of the sign, it actually appeared to be correct. I wonder if the council will simply extend the double yellow line. I agree with you that that's what they may do, knowing the road well you can't realistically park on the road as it would block the road, i have done so and was left a nice note haha, more to prove a point to the council than anything. I think they couldn't get hold of the right person for the resolution? Nah I think they just don't know what they're doing. Let put it like this, if I worked in the council's parking enforcement department, I would have rejected your representation and at the tribunal you would have lost; fortunately they can't afford me. 🤣🤣🤣 you and me both, oh well it's there loss for now and I won't be making the same parking decision again |
