An ACD is a fixed camera, e.g. gatso or similar
If you were speeding then there’s probably not much to contest and will be costly. You could check relevant traffic order is in place but long shot. I note they haven’t updated DPA references to 2018/GDPR but doesn’t assist... -------------------- RK=Registered Keeper, OP=Original Poster (You!), CoFP=Conditional Offer of Fixed Penalty, NtK=Notice to Keeper, NtD=Notice to Driver
PoFA=Protection of Freedoms Act, SAC=Safety Awareness Course, NIP=Notice of Intended Prosecution, ADR=Alternative Dispute Resolution PPC=Private Parking Company, LBCCC=Letter Before County Court Claim, PII=Personally Identifiable Information, SAR=Subject Access Request Private Parking - remember, they just want your money and will say almost anything to get it. |

If you were speeding then there’s probably not much to contest and will be costly. Just to clarify this little bit, it won't be costly if you take advantage of the £100 + 3 points or a course if you're eligible (similar cost no points) The costly referred to above is if you contest the speed and take it to court |

Although some think £100 is costly... -------------------- RK=Registered Keeper, OP=Original Poster (You!), CoFP=Conditional Offer of Fixed Penalty, NtK=Notice to Keeper, NtD=Notice to Driver
