Hi there,

I have received two penalties, 3 minutes within each other, for crossing Lombard St and Mansion House St, under 52M. Please could you recommend how I can write an appeal? I have seen information about the BUS GATE missing but not sure if this is still the case. Can I argue that the second one was unavoidable since I was already in the junction and get one cancelled at least? Please help, I only have two more days of the 14 days period left.

As far as we are aware the bus gate legend is still missing and that is the route to go. mention that the second one is unavoidable because if this is the case it is a continuous contravention

This draft can be used http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showto...p;#entry1450331
It seems to result in the City of London cancelling the PCNs straight away, maybe they realise they can't win and don't want to waste money on tribunal fees.
