Drove into a hotel car park where i was working just to load my car at around 12 midnight and was there for 20 minutes and wasn't aware of any parking restrictions.

Received a £100 fine but was very busy and didn't respond and have been working away and now i have a letter saying letter before county court claim etc.

I can't see anything on the forms regarding an appeal or anything and it says something about being too late for POPLA appeal.

Is there anything i can still do?

Regards Chris

Tried to include image but nothing seemed to work. its here if anyone want to view the main body of the letter...

Contact the hotel to get it cancelled?

A court claim will almost certainly follow...

RK=Registered Keeper, OP=Original Poster (You!), CoFP=Conditional Offer of Fixed Penalty, NtK=Notice to Keeper, NtD=Notice to Driver
PoFA=Protection of Freedoms Act, SAC=Safety Awareness Course, NIP=Notice of Intended Prosecution, ADR=Alternative Dispute Resolution
PPC=Private Parking Company, LBCCC=Letter Before County Court Claim, PII=Personally Identifiable Information

Private Parking - remember, they just want your money and will say almost anything to get it.

If the hotel agree to cancel ask them if they can copy you on any email to PE making the request.

Were the signs visible in the car park?
