Hi all pls see this "PCN" from Parkingeye Ltd..
The driver couldn't pay at the meter as it wasn't taking contactless payment, different payment cards and Google wallet was attempted.
Also tried pay by ringing the number of the signage but that didn't work either - as wouldn't recognise VRM when stated over the phone. Eventually had to get the Pay by Phone app and made payment late.
Due to the delays one hour was paid for instead of two as was near the car park most of first hour and didn't realise entrance and exit clocked by cameras - there was no notice stating this either.
Pls advise grounds to appeal?

Misuse of the word mitigation, I suggest you brush up on what it means.

Find a POPLA appeal for byelaw land (airport and train stations) use just that but in your POPLA appeal with supporting evidence, including hopefully that confirmation that it is byelaw land you were going to get and post it.
