No they are s36, but often councils and even adjudicators do not know this

No they are s36, but often councils and even adjudicators do not know this I didn't either. But I do know that the No Stopping sign as used on School ZigZaags is excluded from the requirement that a traffic order is needed. http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2016/362/schedule/4/made Schedule 4 General Directions(2)(b) Prior to TSRGD 2016 an order was required. |
