In May i accidentally on purpose got a windscreen ticket from a parking company in Norwich who i know have a habbit of obtaining keeper details even when a driver has appealed and in the appeal the driver has even stated they were the driver etc . The appeal couldnt have been more blatantly obvious that it was the driver appealing with a full address given

So the Wife (No2 version) has today got a notice to keeper through the post and now its time to issue a letter before claim

Can you someone suggest some suggested wording please?. will get it posted out monday and also an email copy sent over, obviously about lack of reasonable cause. want this water tight and any help appreciated.

Wife number 2 will be asking for £750

You need to post up a copy of the NTK if you want some appropriate advice. I fail to see how this is a LBC if the NTK was only received today! Also you will have more than the weekend to decide how to respond.

A letter before claim for breach of GDPR by requesting details of RK when there was no need to.

@lynnzer would probably help with this

Well I'd certainly say you are right in that they lacked reasonable cause to request registered keeper detail.
I think it would be a hard fight to get £750 from them though.
Perhaps you could complain to the information commissioner instead who could fine them.

No good complaining the the DVLA. They don't care,
