Hello can anyone help me?

Last week on the way to work on my motorbike whilst on the inside lane a car pulled in from the right without looking/indicating

Now, I was on a courtesy bike due to my own one being serviced at the dealership, and I didn’t want to wreck a bike that isn’t my own and be subjected to an excess payment. To avoid collision, I ended up shifting a gear down and accelerating out of the small gap before the car had completely closed in and hit me.

I ended up going over the white speed camera lines at 39mph whilst on a 30 road.

It’s my first speeding fine, what are the chances they’ll offer me the course? I have considered appealing but is there any point? After researching I’m finding that I might be subjected to more points and a heftier fine

Thanks in advance for any advice

Also..to quickly add.
The dealership have the NIP I only have a picture. It’s addressed to them, I’ve told them it says only they can complete it. I’ve told them to enter my details but these guys are ****. What happens if they ignore it? Does it affect me in any way?

The legal obligation to complete it is on the addressee, them.

If they ignore it they will find themselves being summonsed for failing to furnish the driver ID for which they would have no defence and the fines are juicy.

If they don't respond then nothing can happen to you, if they do the Police will send you your own 'NIP' and require you to confirm you were riding (S172 request).

It help to know what was meant by the ****

A course offer is likely for that speed.
