Hi
Recieved a pcn from Solihull. We have never had a ticket on the car and no photo proof with in the notice and accompanying letter. Where do I stand? Says the driver drove away before it could be issued. We drive down the road in question regular. As the incident was a month ago hard to remember exactly what we were doing. With out a ticket or photo do they have a case? |

Upload the PCN, redacting just your name and address. Most importantly, upload all sides of all pages, even if it's just standard text (councils often make mistakes in the small print that make the PCN invalid). But in general terms yes, there are circumstances where they can issue a postal PCN.
