Ticket for Turning Right in E2, Tower hamlets E2

Hello,

I got a ticket by post saying I turned right when it was not allowed to,
I can’t remember seeing a sign saying I can’t turn right.
I went on to the council website and saw the photos that they hold one photo showing a big lorry blocking my view so that would be the reason why I don’t remember see it the sign also I can’t see the cctv footage on the website and one photo is missing.
I have attached all photos and the PCN.
It there any way I can appeal and win this.

Hi there,

Just to update you on the outcome of my representation.
The council allowed it saying the truck was obscuring and say there is a sign prior to the junction.
