I parked on Sunday 21/05/23 on Claremont Road for literally 1 min. to pick my daughter up from the park.
One of my rear tyres was slightly sticking out from the pavement (But was not on the road). Notice number: AG43068195 VRM: MC56FPK Can I appeal this?

Are there any pictures? These would be vital. I assume by the old Hendon FC grounds?

Claremont Road is very long. Please post-up a GSV link to the exact location where you parked, telling is where the car was.

There looks to be something seriously wrong here, as GSV shows several vehicles parked off the carriageway, but I see no signs permitting it. Parking off-carriageway has been an offence in London since the 70s, but many councils, (by a resolution), allow it, but must put up signs indicating that it is allowed.
Where were you parked exactly ? Others more familiar with London, in particular Barnet, will hopefully comment. Our Mr Mustard knows Barnet well. This post has been edited by Incandescent: Wed, 31 May 2023 - 12:53 |

See my previous reply. I sent the link for the exact location I was parked.
Like you said, everyone was parking there and I was the only 1 who received a ticket. So I assumed that was due to my rear tyre sticking out a bit (as that's what he took pictures of). I'm confused why I got a ticket. See my previous reply. I sent the link for the exact location I was parked. Like you said, everyone was parking there and I was the only 1 who received a ticket. As I understand it Barnet have a list of streets where they don't enforce footway parking, I'll flag this thread to Mr Mustard as I understand he has a copy of the list.
