Hi all,

I have attached a photo of the PCN in question, my question is that is there a minimum amount of time that a contravention must be observed before a CEO plonks a ticket onto a car? I was parked briefly on zig-zags whilst I unloaded my nephew by my sisters house.

Post the council photos, My thinking is lucky man The police can also take action for zig zag offences then its a bigger fine and 3 points. No observation is required

Are the 2 photos not visible (1 of PCN and 1 of location)?

Post the location.

I need to see the location and council pictures.
At the moment I can only see a car by ZZs but cannot tell is the car is within the controlled area.

This picture was taken today, it was not taken at the time of the contravention and the car to which the PCN was issued is not in the picture. What you can see is the car on the left is parked (note there are no parking restrictions here) and the white car is passing traffic.

The car was parked completely on the carriageway with no portion of it on the footpath.

Location is Leek New Road, ST6 2LG.

I do not have access to council photos.

This crossing then ??
https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@53.0407321,-...3312!8i6656

If so and given what you have said, pay the discount, today, before midnight.

Both streetview and your photo show clear zig zags.
The controlled area is anywhere on the carriageway between the ZZs
The restriction in No Stopping... no exemptions such as loading are included within legislation.
And has been said, worth 3 points and a 100 quid fine had it been a cop that found you.
