i just researched a large part of it just out of intrest, and it required knowledge of blacks law dictionary ect...

of which the police have no training...so they have no idea if this is true themselves.

im afraid the law is not as simple to understand as you think,it took my gf 5yrs to get her head around it.

you should also bare in mind that it isnt always the best idea to take blind advice from a police officer as they are employed and recieve quite a lot of Neuro linguistic programing in their training.FACT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so come on people... remember to check peoples sources before you critisize their input...dont just believe what you hear...

i just did the hard work and i have to say the law seems very misleading, especially where words have a differant meaning.
