Hi, good morning every one,
As you usual I thank every one here, I would like some advise from here. I parked my car on a loading pay in waltham forest, a CEO came and gave me PCN, I was about to pay it, as I was checking it I realize the the CEO used offence code 12S which says that I parked on shared bay without displaying a valid tkt. Now my question is can I appeal the PCN on the grounds of the the offence code is wrong? I knew the offence code of loading bay was 25 Thanks. |

We need to see both sides of te PCN and all of the council photos you will probably find them online if not you may have to ask the council for them Use an external hosting site such as imgur
