Hey all,
I was out today and accidentally parked in a residents bay without realising. I didn’t know that the restrictions carried over on a Sunday. Either way, I got a ticket from my local council in violation of 16(b) - Parked in a permit space or zone without clearly displaying a valid permit. The thing is that the Location of Contravention is wrong. I was parked on Road ‘A’ and they quoted the location as Road ‘B’ which runs off the road that I was parked. Is this sufficient grounds for an appeal? Thanks |

Usually the wrong location is fatal to the PCN. Post the PCN and show us the location details on Google Street View.

And your evidence is????
You need the authority's photos and GSV which would allow a comparison to be made to show that you were not in that part of Woodstock where it turns (which must be what the CEO thought), but in fact in Armitage. |

That is the plan. I’m still waiting though as there hasn’t been any evidence uploaded yet. |
