Hi
Recently I made a right turn off Fulham High Street onto the main part of Fulham High Street (so the bridge would be behind me). It wasn't until after the turn did I notice a no right turn sign. I'd appreciate it if anyone knows if this move has been previously captured on camera and if anyone has received a fine for doing so? I passed Gonville Street on my left and then made the turn. Thanks |

Also - is there an AA DriveTech Awareness course as part of the punishment or is it simply a fine and points?

Also - is there an AA DriveTech Awareness course as part of the punishment or is it simply a fine and points? No course, and no points - it's decriminalised in London and would be dealt with by the local council (a financial penalty only). -------------------- Regards,

Thanks for your responses.
Do you know how much is it? I Googled it though could not find it. I went back and found a camera on Fulham High Street pointing directly at the road I pulled out of. Does anyone know what the cameras look like which record people making banned right turns? Does someone have to be monitoring the camera all the time to see the action take place and then proceed with issuing the fine? I understand the footage is recorded however they would need to be aware the offence had been committed prior to looking through footage? |

The cameras can be automatic or manual, if theres a camera there chances are you will get a PCN the cost is £65 if paid in the 14 day period or £130 in the 28 days allowed or you can post it in the council section and we can see if it can be fought -------------------- All advice is given freely.
