Hi
My Mrs dropped the kids outside school on the way to work and stopped on the school lines for all of 20 seconds while they jumped out, seems there is a new camera and she has 2 of these fines come through the post together so far :-( The PCN has a still image of her on the markings. £55 for paying with 21 days £110 after ? Any chance of an appeal currently looking at £110 minimum at reduced rate for 2 fines. Many Thanks in Advance Ash |

Up to now you've been getting away with stopping, but now they've put in a camera, (no doubt after lots of complaints). It is a No Stopping contravention and designed to stop your wife doing what she has been doing. So I reckon the discount beckons, but it would be worth putting in humble reps on the 2nd PCN that you didn't think 20 seconds was all that long, and the PCNs came as a shock. Say you'll now find somewhere else to stop and would ask that the PCN be cancelled, you having already paid the 1st one.
