ukcps fines, unfair fines

hi all, i know you've probably heard this all before but just need some reassurance on whether to carry on ignoring the letters that are arriving from ukcps. i know on their website it has a list of some court cases that they have won and they also mention to ignore forums like these. please help i'm not sure whether to pay up or not. i have been in touch with them so they know that i was driving but it is soooooo unfair!!

keep the faith and continue to ignore, only come back if (unlikey) they issue stamped court papers,

Be very careful what information you disclose on here. UKCPS are known to monitor forums such as this trying to find out as much as they can regarding ongoing "cases".

It's only fair to say that UKCPS do occasionally take people to court and have won a couple of cases, usually involving disabled bays. Their business model seems to involve reading pepipoo and suing people who post on here so disclose no specific details of your case whatsoever.
