You need to edit out your VRM from the body text.

Go online and acknowledge service

Defend all
Do not contest jurisdiction
Do not put anything AT ALL in the defence box.

When you've done that, come back and give us the full story, but without hinting who the driver was. The driver parked, bought a ticket etc. You, the keeper, have received all the paperwork.

And show us some previous paperwork, such the Notice to keeper. Photos of the signs would be nice

Barkerdoo, your numberplate can still be seen, on line 2 under particulars of claim.

So there's a pub which seems to have put in place a new policy of 2 hours parking.
It is alleged that a vehicle registered in my name stayed in there for 2 hours 16 minutes.
I received numerous paper work some attached but was unsure what it was all about.

I have been to look at the signage in there now and there seems to be a sign covering an older sign.
Both mounted very high and illegible small print standing on the ground.

Notice to Keeper is required, the very first letter received, not the letters from the debt collectors.

It doesn’t let you do that, you have to put something in the defence box

Yes it DOES work like that
All you are doing is ack. the claim> You do NOT click "start the defence".

READ FIRST sticky. Tell s you how to post pictures. Read it

Is the area one controlled by byelaws? If YES then thre cannot be KEEPER liability, as it is not "relevant land" as defined in POFA.

Do what I did, Google it:

https://www.cmtrust.co.uk/live/frequently-asked-questions/

https://www.gov.uk/guidance/ministry-of-defence-byelaws

https://www.gov.uk/guidance/ministry-of-defence-byelaws

You'll need to read it all yourself; I haven't.

DON'T use PhotoBucket; it's useless. Use TinyPic or imgur.
