Hello good people.
I received a PCN for a 53J in Collier Street. Would appreciate any advice on whether the notice is legal. Also looking at the photos, the signage seems a long way from the road. Is there a maximum distance a sign must be from the road? Thanks

You need to get and post the video, also tell us the time of the contravention.

I read this on another thread. Does it apply in this case,
The PCN mis-states the period you have to pay or challenge the PCN, as they incorrectly state they can increase the charge by 50% after the end of 28 days from the date of the notice, it should be 28 days from the date of service of the notice. |

I don't see that flaw with your PCN. Any reason why you might have missed the sign? From the video, it doesn't look good to be honest.
