In 2015 I was attending St Marys college in Southampton. I parked up using the ringgo app and thought nothing of it. i then received a PCN . I checked the timings and was relieved that I had paid however I had got one of the digits wrong when imputing my VRN but as far as I was concerned I had paid for the parking space. So I was advised by this site not to pay it as it was just an invoice and there was no legal liability as I had paid. I then started getting letters from Wright hassle which I ignored and they went away. Then all of a sudden I have received a county court business centre claim form.
I intend to challenge it but I need some assistance please.

Many thanks in anticipation,

martin

You were told to ignore letters from debt collectors not ignore letters from the parking company or their solicitor

You won’t be able to recover the solicitor’s costs.

Pull your own defence together, post it here for critique.
