Hello,
I have been issued a PCN by Lewisham Council for driving along PCN 52m Dermody Rd jnct of Pascoe Rd and Wisteria Rd on 3.4.21. I have been driving on this road for years but had not for several months due to lockdown. I must admit I did not notice the signage on either side of the road pointing to the new road restrictions. It seems many are in a similar dilemma. Is there any basis for a challenge? I have 14 days to pay the discounted fee.
