They are based in Preston and claim to be affiliated with the IPC (Independant Parking Community)

The PCN was on a free car park on a local town shopping area in Bamber Bridge. The offence they claim was "Parked on Hatched or Yellow lines"

Whilst my vehicle (the van) was parked at a jaunty angle the photographic evidence they have included does not show the offending hatched or yellow lines.

They want £60 rising to £100 for a free parking spot

What is my course of action please ?

Thanks for everyone's advice. The PCN has been cancelled 😁👍👍

I appealed to IAS roughly stating that the driver has not been identified and the operator has not used the POFA so has failed to present a prima facie case regarding liability.
