I was clamped today too and not best pleased. I had been out of my car less than 5 mins and ran out to find they had already clamped it and were taking photos. They must have been waiting in hiding as they were nowhere to be seen when I arrived. I am keen to see justise done and of course get my money back. I have read the advise above and it's is great, but has leaft me a little confused. Any chance someone who has already posted and started on this trail could provide me with an idiots step by step guide? I'd be very grateful.

Could we have some more details?
Where did this take place? What sort of area was it (private car park, shops, industrial estate, etc.)? Who was the clamping company? Can you scan the receipt and post it up here? Leave the clamper's details in but obscure yours. Were there any signs warning of clamping? Did you see them, or were you aware they were there? Did you get any pictures? How did you pay? How much? -------------------- Sometimes I use big words I don't understand in an effort to make myself sound more photosynthesis.
