Does the Equality Act Part 5 : work
Chapter 1 employment etc

Do Sections 39 to 41 apply to all existing and prospective employees?
Or do those sections only apply in relation to protected characteristics.

Don’t really understand your question... are you asking if it means “any and all” discrimination (it doesn’t) or only discrimination concerning a protected characteristic (it does)?
