So for the BPA/PoPLA Operators drop circa 25% of cases and then PoPLA upholds circa 25% of the cases they adjudicate on
For the IPC/IAS Operators drop circa 21% of cases (OK that's close enough to be considered 'similar') but the IAS upholds just 5% of the cases they adjudicate on.

Either the IPC members are brilliant at making sure all their cases are watertight (do stop laughing at the back), or the IAS is heavily biased towards the operators.

Where is the DVLA in looking at this massive discrepancy with respect to their ATA status?

They are busy trying to resolve the loss they make from each data request.

Removing access from all IPC members would surely help then! Two birds with one stone!
