Hi, this has probably been asked before but I just wanted to know how long the council (London) has to issue you with a PCN when done by CCTV?
I have heard conflicting reports that it's 14 days or 28 days?
Can someone please clarify?
Thanks muchly!

It can't be 8 days. It's either 14 or 28.

Since the " key is also the 2 key on most UK keyboards, I think it's safe to say that PMB meant to type 28.
