Hi all,
I’ve read a few threads on this particular contravention but unsure the best way forward with my appeal. Unfortunately I’ve been ill so missed the 50% reduction as I may have just paid it to avoid the stress however I feel the charge is Incredibly unfair. I’ve been driving this route for years and never expected the road to be closed. I drove through as despite it saying road closed it appeared opened it was fairly dark And very confusing signage. Also they didn’t offer me a chance to pay by post if that’s a technicality like some people say? Any help would be appreciated or anyone successful in appeal these types of tickets, I drove through again a few days letter in a hire vehicle so am expecting to hear from the hire company with another charge😢

You need to post the photos again in a high enough resolution that we can read them. There won't be space on here so put them on an external site like google drive, dropbox or similar. Also please post the photos the right way up.

Sorry I’m not very tech savvy 🙈 I reuploaded letters i think they should be clearer but they turn around when I attract them so I’m not sure how to put them the right way up
The photos on the letter are really unclear and there are no instructions on how to view them on line |

I managed to find the pictures on the council page. The video footage comes up with a red circle so I presume is unavailable or they dont have it? I did stop my car as I was confused but I can’t remember if I turned around or carried on.

So first things first, all Lewisham moving traffic PCNs are invalid so don't pay, providing deadlines are not missed.

I don't think there's much to be said about the contravention so in the first instance maybe a plea for discretion.
