I have have been served whiwith t a parking ticket while I went to pick up my prescription from my local chemist as I'm s cancer patient with cancer in the bones specially in the spine which restrict much of my movements I displayed my blue badge on the dash board just to find out after 5 mins a ticket on my wind screen saying "Parked with one or more wheels on or footpath or any of a road other than a carriageway" I always park in the same place where there is no lines or signs as I have been very ill and very depressed and i spend lots of times in hospitals for my cancer treatments and for my depression. the fine went up to £195.00 that I can not pay as I'm on benefits. Please help.

Do you think I can call the council and ask them to reduce the fine even though I paid it already ????

Were you were a bit hasty in paying it but you could try - if you don't ask you'll never know.
