Hi all,
I feel I'm safe but I was on a dual carriage way and I was doing below 55 all the way and when I saw the mobile speed camera I realised it was 50 Do you think I will be OK or not. It was the dual carriage way going towards Guildford from Effingham Thanks, Rob |

The answer is the same as the last time you asked the exact same question.
I've moved your thread here because the Speeding section is intended for people have have actual cases they need help with defending, not for random queries from the motoring "worried well". -------------------- Regards,

Never been a law, simply guidance that enforcement is usually only commenced at over 10%+2mph
If your speedo was reading less then 55, chances are your actual speed was lower so should be okay. |
